Our Partners

ICEAL developed a local partners network to insure the success of its projects in Vietnam and in Burkina Faso.

Each project implemented needs a technical competence and a hands-on experience. ICEAL finds partnerships with experts who are specialized, and with some local agents in order to insure its projects as a good and perennial answer to countries requirements. The Institute manage itself  its global activities and appoints its Vietnamese delegation, its partner AAMANE in Burkina Faso as delegate.
