Our mission

ICEAL is assigned a mission to work actively for a sustainable and long lasting development of Southern countries. Our goal is to help them having a better lifestyle. Our philosophy : to enable the populations to be self-sufficient , and master of their own development. How do we act : cooperate with the population in a perspective of development from local to global aspect.

Due to the rupture between Northern and Southern regions , some non-industrialized countries stay out of the global distribution of earnings and development. Their populations, the main victims, are driven to survive under  the conditions of great poverty. ICEAL as other NGO, wants to join to hands with the government and others institutions, to seal the gap by effective action on the spot. Effective and perennial, ICEAL intervenes on the levers of development on economics , social and environmental issues. United but uncharitable, ICEAL offers the means to the populations to become actors of their own local development.

Our Strategic points

ICEAL splits its action for the sustainable development in six strategic segments (see the chart hereafter according to the action level , local or global, and to the segment : social, environmental or economic (see the schema hereafter). To carry out its mission, ICEAL focuses its action on local projects relative to the three sectors of the sustainable development : economic, social and environment and then to act on these levers  : 1/ social assistance, 2/ Local economic development and 3/ local environment.
