ICEAL in key words

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. That is the main target of the Institute of Cooperation between Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America (ICEAL), a haunting project, a thrilling mission . At ICEAL, we are working to build up a world more equitable, better-balanced, and fair from the North to the South.

Our lever of actions  ? To give to the Southern populations the keys of their own development. Our projects ? To promote, in a cooperation spirit, the transfer of technologies  and skills , the shares of knowledge, and to provide decent living conditions . As a French NGO, not concerned with politics and religions, and independent, ICEAL ( Institute of cooperation between Europe, Asia, Africa, South America ) was found in 1991 with these targets. Since 1995 , ICEAL has been granted a statute of consultant at The Economic and Social Committee of United Nations , and from 2000, ICEAL is a partner of UNESCO.

WE ARE ASSISTED

Supported in its mission, ICEAL has gathered in its Committee of Honor , some eminent personalities from international organizations  : The Ambassador Trân Van Thin, as President of the Committee, former European Union representative at United Nations and of GATT. Mr. Enrique Iglesias, former President of the  inter-American Development Bank, Mr. Rubens Ricupero, former CNUCED Administration Officer and Mr. Fausto Cordovez, former Administration Officer of the prefinancing Organization for Latin America and Caribbean Islands .
