Training Courses - Vietnam
Some ICEAL projects are dedicated to the training and education ; transfer of knowledge and skills is today an efficient strategy for Vietnam development.
These ICEAL projects focuses to bring high added value qualification to the Vietnamese. Two kinds of these projects have been created. The first one is the formation of SME administrators in order to increase their skills in enterprises management , and the second one which concerns mostly construction workers to give them a better know-how in construction works .
Project of training SME Administrators in Vietnam
This project was conceived in a joint partnership between KEOPS, a French company specialized in enterprises management formation, and the Vietnamese SME Federation. The courses consists of the training of administrators with management tools and techniques to develop performances and competitiveness of their company on the local and international market. ICEAL, after identification of the needs with the Federation, set up the program of study and organizes the training schedule. The applicants eligible to the statute of trainer are chosen and trained in France. These trainers will transfer their competences to the Business managers of SME.
Logic framework of the Administrator Training Project / SME
Target : To improve the efficiency and the competitiveness of the Vietnamese SMEs
Special target : To form SMESs Administrators to the management methods, and to improve their comprehension of the market and its environment.
Results assessments : The percentage of certificate delivered to the participants are the main source to measure the results. The project is considered as successful , when this percentage reaches 80% at least .
Project of construction workers training
The project : training construction workers was created in partnership with the French National Federation of civil engineering (in French la Fédération Nationale des Travaux Publics ) and the Vietnamese company Tradeco. Conceived in order to improve worker’s competences with better know-how, the project focuses in employing Vietnamese workforce on the French construction sites. ICEAL has to identify with the cooperation of the Federation , the needs of workforce, and to select with Tradeco the eligible candidates to work in France. ICEAL will take responsibility for all administrative formalities.
Logic framework of project of training construction workers
Target : To improve competences of construction workers in Vietnam
Special target : To form 200 Vietnamese workers to the French know-how, in order to get them used with the new methods of working , to develop their autonomy and polyvalence.
Results assessments : The project will be successful if : (1) 200 workers at least finished their mission on the French construction sites. (2) At the project end, the questionnaire submitted to the project managers reveal their satisfaction and if the workers has completed their mission. (3) the skills report of the Vietnamese workers showed an improvement in competences between the beginning and the end of the training.
